  • Salsa, the best flavor blast you can get and still keep your calories in check. Use celery or carrot sticks (bread sticks if you must)
  • Apples are very filling!
When you keep a few of your favorite foods  handy in the pantry or refrigerator, you will be able to catch that urge to snack or binge. Try to eat diet friendly treats first, before going for the really high calorie foods. Try to avoid the foods that will really set you back.

 Be prepared, before you wind up at the fast food drive thru or pizza take out.

Successful weightloss is the result of a lifestyle change and that will take time. Just practice saying "no" to bad food choices. Do not kick yourself when you miss and you just can't say no....
